FULL VIEW PLEASE!

This is my first contest entry in ages and admittedly its a new genre for me. This is for Mizzd-Stock's Steampunk contest. :iconmizzd-stock:
My original vision was a re-wired skyship in the classic sense, but I wanted a small deck scene with its captain scouting the clouds.
